What I do at Mpilonhle

• 1.Supervision of Clinical activities in the programme
• 2.Drawing up of clinical protocols and guidelines in line with DOH, National and Provincial guidelines
• 3.Provide, adolescent-friendly, and integrated primary clinical care services
• 4.Providing a programme on improving nutrition
• 5.Represent Mpilonhle at various stake holders and NGO’s
• 6.Formulation of clinical SOP’s
• 7.Managing of clinical and operation staff
• 8.Identify training needs of staff involved in clinical practices
• 9.Quality control of clinical procedures and practices
• 10.Ensuring that medical equipment is always available for medical staff
• 11.Ensuring that there is proper documentation and data collection for submitting to M&E personnel
• 12.Create awareness on preventing or stopping smoking, or alcohol and drug abuse 13.Filling in for Nursing staff as per need

Something about me

I have passion for young people as I see them as our future leaders, nurses, doctors,etc .I’ve worked for different organisations who focuses on young people e.g.loveLife , and came to Mpilonhle with a hope of acquiring more skills.
