MPILONHLE QUALITY ASSURANCE
I recently did a site visit at Khula Village near St Lucia to monitor the quality of our services to the community. The commitment and hard working of our staff was amazing. The day was about 30 degrees celcius and our nurse was working on the tent. But the commitment and the quality time spent with patients was amazing. It did not matter how late a community member came to visit our mobile unit, Health educator made sure that they receive their health education before proceeding to a nurse or a counselor. On the other hand, counselors were also doing an extremely amazing job, giving health screening and HIV counselling to all the patients visiting the unit. In addition, the quality of data collection during these session was extremely good.
